Kulgam, July 13: A wave of sorrow swept through the town of Devsar in Kulgam as thousands gathered to attend the funeral prayers of Army soldier Shanawaz Ahmad Bhat, who tragically lost his life in an oxygen cylinder blast in Kargil.
