KULGAM, OCTOBER 03: A comprehensive pre-counting training program on the Electronically Transmitted Postal Ballot Management System (ETPBMS) was today conducted for the designated counting staff at Kulgam.

The training was organized under the guidance of Returning Officers of District Kulgam to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient handling of ETPBMS.

During the training, District Informatics Officer briefed the counting staff about the guidelines of Election Commission.

The counting staff was demonstrated in detail about the handling of ETPBMS during the counting.
