Srinagar: On behalf of the G R Beigh Memorial Trust, JK Govt Employees Conference, and NGEWA SKIMS, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Mubarak Gul on his appointment as the Pro-Tem Speaker of the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly.

At this significant juncture, we wish to draw attention to some pressing issues faced by the employees at SKIMS, particularly the regularization of 187 casual laborers and the critical shortage of manpower.

Addressing these challenges is vital to maintaining the operational efficiency of SKIMS and ensuring that our dedicated workforce continues to provide high-quality care to patients.

During discussions held with Mr. Mubarak Gul, Mr. Ishtiyaq Beigh (Chairman G R Beigh Memorial Trust and President JK Govt Employees Conference, NGEWA SKIMS), along with Rajni Bali, SK Noor ul Hassan, SK Fayaz, and Ravinder Paul Singh, emphasized these concerns. Mr. Mubarak Gul has assured that all issues will be resolved as soon as possible.
