Tral, December 27: A police team led by Station House Officer (SHO) Tral Tanveer Jahangir launched a swift rescue operation after heavy snowfall caused multiple vehicles to get stranded in the sub-district.

According to reports, several vehicles, along with their passengers, were trapped on the Amirabad road and other key routes leading towards the area. The inclement weather made the roads impassable, leaving many travelers stuck.

In response, the police team, headed by SHO Tral, immediately mobilized and began a coordinated rescue operation at Amirabad Tral. The team worked tirelessly to clear the stranded vehicles and ensure the safety of those affected. The rescue mission was still ongoing at Amirabad Tral as of the latest reports, with efforts continuing to clear the roads and assist the stranded individuals.
