New Delhi, Dec, 30: Vitul Kumar, a senior IPS officer from the 1993 Uttar Pradesh cadre, is set to take charge as the Director General of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) after Anish Dayal Singh retires on December 31, 2024. Kumar, currently serving as Special Director General of the CRPF, will assume the officiating charge of DG, CRPF, until a regular incumbent is appointed or until further orders.
