Kupwara: 26 March, Civil Society Lolab extends its heartfelt gratitude to Honorable MLA Qaysar Jamshaid Lone for his commitment to raising critical issues affecting the Lolab region. The concerns highlighted by the MLA encompass vital areas such as education, healthcare, connectivity, development and agriculture, which are of truly important to the local community.
In a recent press statement, Dr. Aijaz, Founding President of the J&K Youth Welfare Forum and Civil Society Lolab, emphasized that one of the pressing issues in agriculture reflects the quality of leadership in the region. He noted that the MLA’s focus on addressing human resource challenges across all significant sectors in Lolab is essential and must be prioritised.
Dr. Aijaz pointed out that the current situation in agriculture is concerning and shocking, with only 10 employees working across the Lolab sub-division, including Machil and Kalaroose. He stressed the need for some employees who are currently attached to other offices to be reassigned to Lolab to enhance quality services and better meet the needs of the people of lolab.
Furthermore, Dr. Aijaz reiterated the critical role that human resource play in every sector, whether in development or other areas. He also commended the MLA for addressing healthcare and education issues, urging the government to appoint additional gynecologists and consultants to Lolab to improve healthcare services for the residents.
