Hilal Rizwan, a resident of Trehgam, has emerged as a committed youth leader whose consistent efforts in community welfare and nation-building initiatives are earning widespread appreciation.
Guided by the principle of “Nation First,” Hilal Rizwan has been actively involved in a range of social and national campaigns at both village and district levels.
