Cricket fans frustrated, appeal administration to intervene

Cricket fans are frustrated with the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association's decision to keep a player like Manzoor Pandav out of the team and said that it is a total injustice to keep talented players of Jammu and Kashmir out of the team. Talking to PTI, dozens of cricket fans and other players have lamented that the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association is ignoring talented Kashmiri players and not including them in the Jammu and Kashmir team and doing such is an utter injustice.
They said that a player like Manzoor Pando who had made a name for Jammu and Kashmir in the IPL and the previous two seasons was left out of the team and that is why the condition of the Jammu and Kashmir team in the T20 tournament is very bad.
Fans said that whenever Manzoor Pandav was included in the team, the team always performed well and won the matches. However, this time it was kind of a hypocrisy by keeping a talented player like Manzoor Pando out of the team. They said that the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) is manipulating the selection of players and only Pervez Rasool has the ultimate authority to pick or drop a player and is solely running the JKCA.
They further said that Manzoor Pandav had made a name for himself in Jammu and Kashmir by performing a lot, for the last several years but no attention was paid to him by the selectors. They demanded that Manzoor Pandav be included in the team as soon as possible so that the team could improve.
