Awantipora, Jan 39: Awantipora Police along with 50 RR and 110 Bn CRPF arrested one militant associate of proscribed outfit Lashker-e-Taiba involved in providing shelter, logistics and other support to the militants in Pampore and Khrew areas.
The arrested militant associate identified as Junaid Altaf resident of Konibal Pampore and have been in touch with the PaK terror commanders through various social media plateforms.
Incriminating material of proscribed outfit LeT has been recovered from him.
Case FIR 75/2020 stands already registered against the said militant associate in Police Station Pampore under relevant sections of law.
