Anantnag: Burglars broke lockers at a Masjid during invertening night in Qamr Verinag area of Anantnag District and decamped with the cash of amount 23000
Reports said the burglars struck at six Shops and Masjid Shareef located at Qamr Verinag during the intervening night of monday and tuesday.
The reports said the burglars broke locker of Masjid Shareif and decamped with all the cash amount of 23000.
Locals heard crowd to chase and caught two burglars on spot namely Shabir Ahmad Shah and Manzoor Ahmad Malik both residents of Manzgam area of Kulgam and seized a Sumo vehicle bearing Registration JK02V 7392.
Later on Locals informed to nearest police station and handover both burglars with vehicle to police.Police registered a case in this regard and said they have taken cognizance of the case and started further investigation.
