Kupwara, Jul 3: Body of 15-year-old boy was recovered by police from Qazinag rivulet in Karnah on Saturday afternoon.
A police official told GNS that the body of the teenager boy was found trapped in the net of a power receiving station at Pangaila Haridal in Qazinag nallah. The body has been washed down by strong water currents for almost two kilometres from Taad, the official said.
Identifying the deceased teenager as Tofeeq Ahmad son of Mohammad Rafeeq Gursi, of Prada in Karnah, the official further said that they have communicated it to the respective police station to take the body into their custody to handover it to the respective family. (GNS)
