Jammu: Constable of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) posted at Group Centre, CRPF, Bantlab was found hanging here today. He has been identified as Ct/SK Manoj Malik (46 years) s/o Lt. Upendra Malik r/o Vill. Mau Danshpur Distt, Samastipur Bihar A/P Group Centre, CRPF, Bantalab Jammu. Police said that he was found hanging at Group Centre, CRPF, Bantalab with the help of fan clip and rope.
Police said that after getting the information, police reached the spot and ASI Balmeek Parihar of P/P Chinore shifted him to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu where he was declared as brought dead. Body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room for autopsy and other legal formalities. Police started investigation to ascertain the reasons behind such an extreme step.
