Kupwara: Bhartiya Janta party, district president for Kupwara Mohd Shafi has been suspended by party and arrested by police two after fire incident in Kupwara.
BJP general secretary North Kashmir (Organazation) told to Kashmir News Service, (KNS), that the BJP district president Kupwara has been suspended from the party and party has sought explanation from him about the fire incident in which his son reportedly got injured.
The party has also framed a committee, headed by G A Mir spokesman, to come up with a report by 25th of the July.
Mohd Shafi has been reportedly arrested by Kupwara police for further investigation into the incident. KNS
