Residents of Palpora Dailgam village in south kashmirs Anantnag district block Kokernag road and stages protest against Jal Shakti Department for failing to provide drinking water supply to the area.
According to the residents they said we face acute shortage of Drinking water supply in village.The residents alleged that they have brought the issued under the notice of concern department several times but the department pays no heed to their pleas.They have appealed the authorities to provide them the Scheduled drinking water at earliest so they will not face the problems during Hot days.
Residents said they are facing the problems of water and the authorities are not taking any measures to end the hardships of the people
They also added water crisis has become one of the major issues in this village as despite living in the modern world we do not get drinking water on schedule timings.
