A male body was found in Shastergam village of Dooru in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday afternoon, officials said.
An official told that some locals spotted a male body lying in Shastergam village, following which they informed Dooru police station.
He said that soon after the information was received a team of police rushed to the spot.
Station House Officer (SHO) Police station Dooru, Nazir Ahmad Indrabi also confirmed the incident. “Police team has reached to the spot and identification is being ascertained,” SHO said.
The dead body identified as Inam ul Haq son of Javaid Ahmad Wani a resident of Nathipora Dooru.Further investigation going on.
