Baramulla : Volleyball tournament “Ist Nowpora Volleyball championship trophy” was on Tuesday inaugurated at Nowpora village of Baramulla in north Kashmir.
The inaugural match of Nowpora Volleyball tournament was played at Panchayat ground Nowpora.
The match was played between Spark Punch and Spiker Punch in which team Spiker Punch won the first match.
Tournament was inaugurated by Balbir Singh, Deputy chief educational officer, Baramulla.
ZPO Ishpal Singh, Principal Hr Sec Nowpora, Dr Parvaiz Ahmed and DO Wagoora, Abdul Rasheed. Besides civil society Nowpora were present on the occasion.
The tournament was sponsored by the ANN News, Sopore Media Association, Umeed Educational Services and Sunrise Automobiles.
