Special need child Ayaan zaffar met serious accident in 2019 at Dps school ground with school bus then After social workers Dr Chintanjeet, Mudasir and Zaheer Jan register case in CCPD Court new delhi and after 6 months Court passed judgement in favour of ayaan. And after 2 years school implement orders.
It was victory for us as we fight this battle and Justice for Aayan Zaffar after incident Said, Zaheer Jan Social Activist who fights this case in Court.

After much course of interventions and constant efforts and duly support of Commissioner secretary Ms Shetal Nanda IAS, DC Srinagar Aijaz Asad IAS , ADC Srinagar Dr Hanief Balki and National Commission Protection of Child Rights New delhi the justice is delivered to special need child Ayaan zaffar and Dps school implement court orders .
The child and Parents have suffered agony, pain and despair all through. Moreover special thanks people across country who offered volunteer Rehabilitation services to the Child as well as offered Legal Aid assistance to the Parents.
