Shopian: Save Youth Save Shopian (SYSF) in collaboration with Indian Army organised a grand event titled Jashne Chila-i -Kalan Annual festival at South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
The event witnessed the presence of GOC 15 Corps Lt General DP Panday among various other dignitaries from Army, Police and Civil administration.
People in large numbers gathered to witness the soulful performance of renowned singing sensations of valley like Waqar Khan abid Ali and zubair Khan.
The event also witnessed dance shows Featuring folk dances, music competition finals.
In the event a book “Eternal Soul” by Syed Faizan Geelani, was released. Premiere of short film “Good Shot” by Mr Puneet Balan was also displayed.
Young achievers who have done incredible work in various fields were also felicitated by GOC Victor force in the event.
Five singing senstions across South Kashmir were also felicitated with different awards including Bikes, Refrigerators, LED TVs and Guitars etc.
Wajahat Farooq Bhat Chairmain SYSF said, We are committed to provide the platform to the youth of Kashmir to showcase their talent and bring them on right Path.
He thanked the people of South Kashmir and various other dignitaries who were part of this mega event.
