Srinagar, Dec, 30: Mantasha, who lives in Gaziabad Green Valley Sunjwa of jammu District is a student of class 10th. She has made hundreds of artworks and won recognition from critics and customers. “I have been enthusiastic about painting and sketching since my childhood. I didn’t visit any art school for learning how to make artworks but have had been learning the skill on YouTube,” says Mantasha.
“Whatever I see and feel, I try to portray it in my paintings and above all, making art makes me happy, and gives me peace of mind and sense of satisfaction,” she adds.
Mantasha says that she sells her artwork on Instagram and other social media platforms. “I post the photos of my artwork on social media and that is where most of my customers contact me.”
When asked what she looks forward to in life. “I want to learn more and accomplish more,” she responds.
Since childhood when i was in Class 2nd, I was inclined to art and whenever I used to see a painting or a design anywhere I used to get curious about “how blissful it would have been for the artist to make such a perfect and complete piece of art”. Every art work that I witnessed since childhood sublimely shaped me into an artist.
I watched few videos on YouTube & Instagram and start painting at my home.I brought equipments and started my journey and have designed make potraits and pictures and my mother supported me.
The Paintings I used to make different painting Since then I made a resolution that I will always be associated with the art no matter what my professional life would be.
She said,that art work has never affected her studies, rather it helps her to study well because whenever she feels bit stressed. ” I start my painting work and after spending half- an – hour with it.
She said: ” I will continue my panting whatever conditions are there.
About the support of my mother in her work, she says that whatever she has achieved would not have been possible without their support and I find myself at peace when I do painting she said.
She said that her message to all those who are interested in painting is that this work needs patience and daily practice. ” if one has both, you can be the best artist , ” she said.’ ” My request to the youth of J& K is that don’t spend your time in futile exercises but come forward and show your talent because if you have a will to do something, you can achieve any goal of the life. “
