Srinagar, Mar 27: Senior Superintendent of Police Srinagar Rakesh Balwal have arrested two cops and have attached the Station House Officer Nishat to DPL Srinagar for allegedly taking money from ticket owner of Tulip garden in summer capital Srinagar.
Reliable sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that head constable Sarshad Ahmad and Special Police Officer (SPO) Ishfaq Ahmad were arrested and an amount of 50 thousand was also recovered from them which they have taken from the ticket owner of the tulip garden.
A police official said that Station House Officer (SHO) Nishat, Raies Hassan Wani was also attached to DPL Srinagar with immediate effect and Iqbal was posted as new SHO Nishat.
