Not only is the government strict regarding road safety, as well as the traffic police has also become more strict than ever before. Therefore, while taking the vehicle out, take all the documents with you. Many times it has also been seen that the traffic police cut your challan by mistake, which is not even your fault. If this ever happens to you in future, then you should be alert in advance by reading this news, where you will know that if such situation comes in future, then how to deal with it.

Know Your Rights

If the challan has been deducted and you feel that the traffic police has deducted your challan by mistake or that the police has deducted your challan despite no fault of yours, in such a situation you should know that you also have many types of rights, Not only the police have all the power. Contact the traffic police cell. In case of wrong challan being deducted, first of all you should go to the nearest traffic police cell and talk to the concerned officer. You tell them the whole thing in detail and explain to them that your invoice is wrong. The police has deducted your challan due to misunderstanding or any other reason. If the court accepts this, the challan will be canceled and you will not need to fill it.

Challenge the challan in court

If you are accepted in the traffic police cell, then your challan will be canceled from there too, but if they feel that your challan has been deducted correctly, then they do not cancel the challan, then after that you have to go to court also. The way is clear. You can challenge the challan in court. Where you will make your point and tell the court why you are changing that year, then you will have to tell in the court that no mistake has been done on your part.
