Jammu, Jun 13: The Border Security Force troops and unidentified gunmen exchanged gunfire on International Border in Arnia sector of Jammu district after which a massive search operation has been launched in the area.
In a statement issued to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) it has been informed that alert BSF troops observed suspicious movement close to IB in Arnia sector yesterday night at about 09:30 PM.
It added that BSF troops challenged on which miscreants fired and BSF retaliated by firing few bursts towards them due to which they ran back.
“A search operation was carried out early morning but Nothing has been recovered so far,” the BSF statement said—(KNO)
