Anantnag, July, 16: Kokernag Police on Saturday claimed have arrested drug peddler during Naka laid at Soaf Shali area of Kokernag Tehsil in Anantnag District.
The Police have registered a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and accused has been arrested.
As per Sources “During naka checking at Soaf Shali laid by Police headed by SHO Nisar Ahmad Hurra a drug peddler namely Yasir Ahmad Bhat S/O Bashir Ahmad Bhat R/O Soaf Shali Kokernag, was arrwsted with 7 grams of heroin. In This regard a case under NDPS act has been registered and accused was arrested,” an official said, Further investigation are going on.
