Kulgam, Aug, 12: As a part of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, Police and Civil Administration Kulgam today organised the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to encourage the Students and respectable Citizens to hoist the National Flag at their respective homes & offices to promote the spirit of Nationalism.
DC Kulgam Shri Dr Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat-IAS along with SSP Kulgam Shri Dr.G.V Sundeep Chakravarty-IPS participated in the campaign organized from Mini Sports stadium Kulgam.
On this occasion SSP Kulgam distributed National Flags among the Students/Officers of civil administration and encouraged all participants/students to hoist the National Flag at their respective homes also.
The main aim of organizing the programme was to spread the campaign in every nook & corner of the district and to encourage the people living in the remote areas also to hoist the national flag at their respective homes.
Besides Civil/Police officers, Hundreds of students both Govt/private educational institutions participated in the rally. The Students also sang patriotic songs on the occasion….
