SRINAGAR : Jan Abhiyan under My Town My Pride(MTMP2.0) program is in full swing. As part of the program, various services of different departments are being provided to the people in Municipalities at their doorsteps.
HCoI member Er Aijaz Hussain, among the others visited the stalls set up at Zewan Bala Panthachowk Srinagar. Among others who accompanied the Er. Aijaz during his visit were Latif Ahmad Mir Coroporator and Ward Officer Manzoor Ahmad Khan.
It is pertinent to mention here that the UT administration after getting an enthusiastic response from the general public from B2V4 and My Town My Pride 1.0, has decided to start the second edition of MTMP. Prior to the commencement of the program, Jan Abhiyan has been launched which is gaining full momentum in entire UT.

While talking to media locals hail Er Aijaz for his public outreach program, Er Aijaz Listens to peoples’ grievances, assures fast-track grievance redressal, says repairing of roads, drainage system, electric wires, upgradation of health centers, setting up community center new electric transformer top priority.

Various activities are being carried out in the district as a part of this program and thrust is to ensure that the benefits of different Govt schemes and programs reaches to the last beneficiaries in the urban areas.
During the event, the public was sensitized about the benefits and importance of cleanliness, sanitation, waste segregation and were urged and motivated to keep their environment neat and clean.
Stress was being laid on saturation of all deliverables of different departments during this ongoing Jan Abhiyan and different departments are making dedicated efforts in this direction and it is being made sure that the last beneficiary in queue gets benefited with the welfare initiatives of the Government.
