Kulgam, Jan 20: A search operation was launched by security forces after observing suspicious movement in Damhal Hanjipora village of south Kashmir’a Kulgam district on Friday, police said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that suspicious movement was reported in the late afternoon in main town of DH Pora.
He said cordon and search operation was launched while some speculative shots were also fired.
