Rajouri: A 20-year-old youth was injured after the rifle of a Village Defence Committee member went off in Lower Dhangri village in Rajouri district on Sunday.
An official told that the youth identified as Sunil Kumar son of Kala Ram resident of Dhangri was injured after VDC member’s rifle went off.
He said that the injured was taken to GMC Associated Hospital Rajouri where he is undergoing treatment.
He said that police have taken cognizance of the matter the rifle has also been seized—(KNO)
