Kupwara, Jun 15: The State Investigation Unit (SIU) wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday attached property under ULA (P) Act of a Pakistan-based Hizb-ul-Mujhaideen militant outfit commander at Diver Lalpora Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, officials said.

They told GNS that the property of one Almas Rizwan Khan, son of Mohd. Anwar Khan, resident of Muqam-e-Shareef Dar, Dilbagh Diver Lolab who currently is in Pakistan, was attached vide FIR number 276/2022 under sections 120-B, 121, 121-A, 122, 123/IPC and 17, 18, 18-A, 18-8, 20, 38, 39, 40 ULA (P) Act.

The seized property includes land measuring 26 Kanal and 4 Maria under Khewat number 1, 6 & 7 located at Diver Anderbugh Lalpore Lolab, they said. (GNS)
