Gogji Bagh, 17 October 2023- The Oasis Educational Institute in Gogji Bagh came alive with vibrant festivities as it celebrated its much-anticipated Annual Day at the Indoor Stadium today. The theme for this year’s event was “Radiant Festival,” and the young students left the audience spellbound with their colorful performances.
The event commenced with a beautiful recitation of the Quran and concluded with a soul-stirring Naat in honor of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). The highlight of the evening was the enchanting presentation by the 7th-grade students, who showcased the diverse cultural heritage of India, leaving the spectators in awe.
Toddlers, adorned as beloved characters like Mickey Mouse, Noddy, and Chhota Bheem, added a delightful touch to the celebration. Additionally, the primary and middle school students enthralled the audience with two captivating plays, ‘Cinderella’ and ‘Haba Khatoon.’
One member of the audience commented, “The energetic dance performance by the 7th-grade students, including a Punjabi dance featuring Spiderman, was truly captivating and unique, thoroughly enjoyed by the entire audience.”
The evening’s program was replete with a plethora of events and segments, with the Prize Distribution Ceremony being a major highlight. Students who had excelled in particular subjects over the past year were recognized and rewarded with well-deserved meritorious awards.
Principal Samina Wani and Chairperson Ashiq Hussain Masoosdi played pivotal roles in boosting the morale of the students, lauding their performances, and presenting them with trophies for their exceptional achievements.
