Srinagar, October 26: Police on Thursday claimed to have killed five Lashkar-i-Toiba militants in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Giving update via social media blogging X Platform, the Kashmir Police Zone while quoting ADGP Kashmir wrote, ” Three (03) more militants of LeT killed (Total 05). Identification being ascertained. Search operation in progress. Further details shall, reads the blog.
Earlier, police said that encounter has started in Machil sector. They further informed two unidentified militants were killed in intial exchange of fire.(GNS)
