Srinagar, Apr 10: On the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr, Jammu & Kashmir Bank on Tuesday registered record transactions of Rs 11,000 crore with digital channels touching Rs 1,000 crore mark in a day.

According to the details available with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), digital channel of the bank mPay hit Rs 1,000 crore mark in a day for the first time.

As per details a total of 493598 transactions worth Rs 3230.77 crore were recorded in just four days, which include two holidays and with today’s addition it has touched Rs 11,000 crore, registering at total transactions worth Rs Rs 11,082.

Meanwhile, consumers expressed satisfaction over the working mPay app as unlike previous years, they didn’t face any inconvenience while using the digital platform—(KNO)
