Srinagar, June 9 : DGP R R Swain on Sunday said that J&K Police won’t tolerate any kind of disrespect to any religion.
“when we wear uniform, we take oath all religions are same for us and would respect all religions. We will never tolerate disrespect to any religion. We do take action against such elements. Yes if someone has deliberately disrespected any religion we take strict action against them and those who do out of ignorance are dealt differently,” he spoke to KNS exclusively.
Moreover we have seen that some people protest on water crises and Azadi guy suddenly props up among them. We cannot tolerate this also, he added.
