Lolab, July 9: Inhabitants of Dever Lolab on wednesday expressed their deep resentment over the administration for failing to inaugurate the recieving station Dever Lolab which awaits formal inaugration from last six months now.
Residents of Dever Lolab said that the ongoing work on receiving station Dever was culminated some last six months back but is yet to be dedicated to public for unknown reasons.
“We are unable to understand that, why this receiving station has not been dedicated to public as of now. Last time, the administration assured us that it will be dedicated to public within the week’s period, but, later, turned out a hoax claim”, the aggrieved residents said,
“This receiving station still awaits for formal inaugration from the administration. We don’t know, why it has been put on hold”, adding” we are suffering badly in absence of proper electricity”, they said
“This receiving station will cater Dever, Tekipora and entire Dard pora area and will felicitate the consumer’s with hassle free electricity, if this could be dedicated to public”,
Vice Chairman DDC Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir and DDC Sogam, Nasir Nazir Lone on contacting, both the public representatives didn’t bother to answer the calls and declined the repeated attempts.
Superintendent PDD Habib Beigh, when contacted, said, that he will ascertain the ground report from the field staff and will share the details very soon regarding the delay in inaugurating the recieving station.
