Devsar, Kulgam Aug. 28: In the Devsar Assembly Constituency, one of the eleven candidates has faced a setback as their nomination form was rejected due to pending documents. The candidate in question is Dr. Abdul Bari Naik, whose form was found incomplete during the scrutiny process.
RO/ACD Naseer Ahmad, reviewed all the nomination forms submitted by the candidates for the upcoming elections. Dr. Abdul Bari Naik’s form was the only one to be rejected because it lacked the necessary documents required by the electoral guidelines.
Devsar Assembly Constituency continues to prepare for the elections, with ten candidates remaining in the race following this rejection.
