Kulgam, Sep, 10: CPIM constituency candidate Mohd Yousuf Tarigami addressed multiple public gatherings in Kulgam today, where he emphasized the need for political dialogue and freedom.
Tarigami welcomed the recent bail granted to Er Rashid and urged the government to release all political prisoners, citing its importance for fostering a healthy political environment.
He also criticized Waqar Rasool’s remarks about Omar Abdullah, describing them as unfortunate and stressing that such statements undermine political alliances.
Furthermore, Tarigami slammed the BJP’s track record, pointing out their unfulfilled 2014 promise to create 500,000 jobs despite being in power for a decade. He noted that the latest budget allocated no funds for job creation, reflecting the administration’s failed promises and misplaced priorities.
Tarigami’s comments underscore the growing dissatisfaction with the current administration’s performance and priorities.
