Kulgam, Oct, 18: Sakina Itoo Cabinet minister, made a notable visit to Kulgam and DHpora Constituencies today, where she received a warm welcome from residents. During her visit, she inspected the ongoing construction of the Adigen bridge, a crucial infrastructure project for the area.
