Kulgam, Nov, 30: Hon’ble Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Devsar, Peerzada Feroz Ahmad Shah, today inaugurated the new block building of the Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj in Frisal. The state-of-the-art facility is set to enhance the delivery of government services and development initiatives to the local population.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by distinguished officials, including ADC Viqar Ahmad Giri, ADDC Bashir Ahmad, and Block Development Officer (BDO) Frisal, Arshid Ahmad Ganie.
