Anantnag, Dec, 8: We The Kashmir Foundation (NGO), in collaboration with Smile Foundation Srinagar, conducted a free medical camp in Sheikhgund Shangus, District Anantnag, to address healthcare challenges faced by the local community.
The camp saw enthusiastic participation, with more than 200 residents availing free medical consultations, prescriptions, and medicines. The initiative provided a platform for individuals to seek medical advice and solutions for their health concerns, particularly in an area where healthcare access is limited.
Residents expressed their gratitude for the efforts of We The Kashmir Foundation and Smile Foundation Srinagar, highlighting the impact of such initiatives in their community. A local resident remarked, “This camp has brought much-needed healthcare services to our doorstep, and we are thankful to the team for their efforts.”
A representative from We The Kashmir Foundation stated, “Our mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare access for underserved communities in Jammu & Kashmir. We are grateful to Smile Foundation for their support in making this event successful.”
