Kulgam, Dec, 12: A massive fire broke out in the Poniwah area of Kulgam early Thursday at around 3 am, damaging three residential houses. The fire initially started in one house and rapidly spread to engulf the nearby homes.
Fire tenders arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported and worked to douse the flames. However, the extent of the damage to the properties was significant.
The cause of the fire is not yet known, and authorities have launched an investigation into the incident. While no casualties have been reported, efforts are underway to assist the affected families.
