Kulgam, December, 30: Local residents of Kulgam district have expressed their appreciation for the Traffic Department’s exceptional efforts in managing the roads during the adverse weather conditions. On the directions of DySP Traffic, Mohammad Aslam Choudhary, a dedicated team of traffic personnel was deployed in the main town of Kulgam to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and public safety.
