Girls are our crown! We must take care of them and protect them from evil and bad eyes!
With increasing trend of girls involving in drugs and other bad things, we have decided to keep girls engaged in different skills and schemes.
Therefore (we) J&K Youth Welfare Forum, Ray of Hope. are happy to announce the launch of a chain of skill centers across Lolab, aimed at providing training to unemployed and needy girls, women and widows from the poorest backgrounds. We will begin with two centers, one in the Sogam block and one in the Wavoora block. Each of these skill centers will have two female trainers who will teach participants various skills, including design, embroidery, cutting and tailoring. The training program will last approximately 3 to 6 months.
After completion of the training, we will make every effort to ensure that the participants find employment, either as trainers in other skill centers or by helping them establish their own units or by accommodating them in our own manufacturing unit.
In this regard, we are looking for two female trainers with good experience and skills to run these skill centers as mentors and teachers.
Salary: Rs 7000 Negotiable, terms and conditions apply.
