Kupwara, 04-02-2025 – District Police Kupwara organized a farewell function at District Police Lines Kupwara for DySP Dalbir Kour, who has recently been promoted to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) and stands transferred from her current assignment to STC Sheeri.
