Budgam April 26: Noor-ul-Ain Trust (NGO) organized a special ceremony in Kanhama today, marking the fourth phase of its marriage assistance initiative. As part of the program, wedding kits were distributed among fifty orphaned and destitute girls from economically disadvantaged families.
The event was attended by notable personalities and dignitaries from various sections of the community. Speaking on the occasion, several speakers highlighted the collective responsibility of society to assist in the marriage arrangements of orphaned and needy girls. They lauded the relentless efforts of Noor-ul-Ain Trust and its officials for their dedication and unwavering commitment to serving those in need.
The beneficiaries expressed immense joy and heartfelt gratitude upon receiving the kits. In addition to the distribution, individuals recognized for their outstanding contributions to society were also honored during the ceremony.
While addressing the media, Chairman of Noor-ul-Ain Trust, Fayaz Ahmad, said, “Today we organized the fourth phase of marriage assistance kit distribution for 50 girls from poor families. I am very thankful to those who are supporting us through their donations.” He also urged the community to adopt simplicity and modesty in marriage ceremonies to ease the financial burden on families.
The event concluded with a resounding message of hope, solidarity, and a renewed call for collective efforts towards uplifting underprivileged sections of society.
