Baramulla, May 03: In a warm and graceful ceremony, the District Administration Baramulla today bid farewell to outgoing Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Shabir Ahmad Hakak and Block Development Officer (BDO) Hardaboora Suhayab Ahmad Wani, while also welcoming the incumbent ACD, Choudhary Mudasir Hussain.

Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, presided over the function and lauded the contributions of the outgoing officers in strengthening the developmental framework at the grassroots level. He wished them success in their future endeavors and expressed hope that their dedication would continue to benefit public service in other capacities.

The event witnessed the presence of ADC Sopore S.A. Raina, ADC Baramulla Syed Altaf Hussain Musvi, ACR Arshad Ahmad Khan,Joint Director Planning Baramulla Javed Ahmad, SDM Gulmarg Mir Jaliel Ahmed, Block Development Officers,besides officials from the Rural Development Department.

On the occasion, several officers and officials also spoke, acknowledging the dedication, professionalism, and leadership of the outgoing officers and extended best wishes to the incoming ACD for a successful tenure.

The ceremony was marked by heartfelt expressions of gratitude and camaraderie, reflecting the strong professional bonds among the administrative fraternity.

As a mark of respect and appreciation, tokens of love were presented to both the outgoing and the incumbent officers by the Deputy Commissioner and other officials of the district administration.
