Sopore, May 4: The Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde Group) held a significant joining programme today in Sopore, aimed at bolstering its organizational structure and presence in the Baramulla district, particularly in North Kashmir. The event witnessed the presence of several key party leaders and enthusiastic participation from the local populace.
Prominent personalities present on the occasion included Ab Rashid Tiger, President of the Kashmir unit of Shiv Sena, Mir Jabeena, District President (Women’s Wing) Kupwara, and Ameena Begum, District Vice President (Women’s Wing) Kupwara. They attended the event as chief guests and welcomed the new entrants into the party fold.
During the programme, many youth and like-minded individuals officially joined the Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction), pledging their support to the party’s ideology and vision. The joining ceremony marks a growing interest in the party’s grassroots outreach efforts in the region.
In his address, Ab Rashid Mir expressed his commitment to public welfare and inclusive politics. “We are not just a political party; we are a people’s organization where the public is the top priority. Our workers are the backbone of this movement,” he said. He urged the new members to work with dedication and reaffirmed the party’s mission to raise the concerns of the common people.
During a media interaction, Rashid Mir welcomed all new entrants warmly and assured them that their issues will be addressed on priority. “My entry into politics is solely to serve the people.
