Srinagar, May 30: Clouds with thunder cells are going to develop over North Pakistan in the coming hours, move eastward, and are likely to affect most parts of Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hrs.

Expect thundershowers with gusty winds and hailstorms.

Day temperatures will drop significantly, remaining 7 – 10°C below seasonal averages.

Higher reaches, especially above 3400m, have a high chance of snowfall. Woolens may be needed even in some lower areas due to the dip in temperatures.

2. There is a possibility of Landslides/shooting stones on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
