Pattan | May 31: The School Education Department bids a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Altaf Ahmad Bhat, a dedicated and highly respected educator, on the occasion of their superannuation after an illustrious career spanning above 40 years of service.

Mr. Bhat began his journey in the field of education at yonger age and has served in various capacities throughout the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, shaping the minds and lives of countless students over the decades. Known for their unwavering commitment to teaching and nurturing young learners, they leave behind a legacy of excellence, compassion, and tireless dedication.

At the time of retirement, Mr. Bhat was posted at Government Primary School S D Pora, Zone Nehalpora, Pattan, Baramulla, where they continued to serve with zeal and humility until their last working day. Colleagues, students, and community members came together to express their gratitude and best wishes in a simple yet emotional farewell function held at the school. Function was presided by Principal HSS Pattan (I/c ZEO Nehalpora Pattan).
Other dignitaries present were Tr. Ab Hamid Sofi, Tr. Bashir Ahmad Mir(Zonal President), Tr. Manzoor Ahmad Alie, Tr. Khursheed Ahmad , Tr. Nazir Ahmad Mi, Tr Nasir Ahmad Hurrah

The entire department extends its warm wishes to Mr. Bhat for a healthy, peaceful, and fulfilling post-retirement life.
