Lolab:Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Lolab, Dr. Mudasir Ahmad, has extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
In his message, Dr. Mudasir Ahmad conveyed heartfelt wishes of peace, prosperity, and communal harmony to all. He emphasized the spiritual significance of Eid-ul-Adha, which commemorates the values of sacrifice, compassion, and devotion.
“Eid-ul-Adha serves as a reminder of our shared commitment to empathy, selflessness, and the upliftment of society’s underprivileged sections. May this holy occasion bring joy to every household and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among us,” he said.
He also urged citizens to celebrate the festival with a sense of responsibility, while adhering to the values of cleanliness, mutual respect, and environmental care.
The SDM expressed hope that the festival would further promote unity and understanding among people of different communities in the region.
