Kupwara, June 6:On the auspicious occasion of Eid ul-Adha, Tehsildar Sogam, Mr. Saqib Murtaza, has extended warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the region. In his message, he emphasized the spirit of sacrifice, compassion, and unity that the festival embodies.
Mr. Murtaza expressed hope that the occasion would bring peace, prosperity, and harmony to every household. He urged citizens to uphold the true values of Eid by promoting mutual respect, supporting the underprivileged, and adhering to public discipline and cleanliness during the festivities.
“Eid ul-Adha reminds us of the importance of empathy and selflessness. May this festival strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and inspire us all to work for the collective good of society,” he said.
The Tehsildar also appealed to the public to follow civic guidelines while performing religious obligations, ensuring a safe and peaceful celebration for all.
