Srinagar, July 05: A 21-year-old youth died after receiving an electric shock in Kunzer area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday.
According to local sources, youth identified as Shakir Gul, son of Ghulam Mohammad Ganie, resident of Malpora Kunzer came in contact with a live electric wire. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated necessary proceedings.
